I shipped a large finish mower with your company. It was my first time shipping something of that size and I was pretty apprehensive. Your CSR Reginald Clayton made the experience go smoothly. Being new to shipping I asked a lot of questions and I am sure was not an easy customer. Reginald was quite patient and was able to guide me through the process very professionally.
