** STAY AWAY!! Must Read. Vehicle is abandoned, damaged & never arrived.

Hi,

Being a first time shipper, I read a few negative reviews about the company & dismissed them (shame on me). Sal, Paul & Staff do their best to discredit any negative post, so the same is fully expected in this case. However, put yourselves in our shoes for a minute & imagine the following.

Paul & Sal do not care at all. They could have had another company pick up our vehicle when they were notified that the Drivers went to jail. Paul & Sal got paid & then Breached the Contract.

In a nutshell:

- My vehicle was to arrive 6 days ago. I waited around the house expecting delivery. I had to leave 6 messages for Paul (this happened daily) Paul would call back occasionally with reassurance then be impossible to reach again.

Sal never called me back (upon multiple requests). When they called, they assured me they were on it & to expect delivery. You would think an owner of any honorable company would be on this, I am yet to hear from him.

So I call the transport company (Paul says they only use top rated licensed & insured companies).

Notes:

- Drivers had been arrested.

- Trailer was impounded & then left to sit unlocked in a dangerous Atlanta neighborhood.

- Witnesses say that my vehicle was gone & out of the Trailer for 5 days, & now is wrecked.

- Vehicle arrived back to abandoned Trailer HIT & full of grass on a Landscape Vehicle.

- Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration so far has zero records of the company.

- The Transport Company outsourced the job to the Jailed Drivers. (Paul promised that can't happen).

- Paul also promised that my vehicle would only be on one Transport Truck. It has been on at least 3 (then missing for 5 days) & who knows where else.


So do your due diligence,We wish that we had. The vehicle is sitting abandoned, damaged & Auto Ship Transport is pointing fingers saying that they are not responsible in any way.

I hired them on the promise that they only use top rated, reputable companies to transport. After Auto Ship Transport got paid, they have zero incentive to help me. Most companies would pay for another transport company to go get my damaged vehicle, Auto Ship will not without more money paid.

This story is 100% true. Feel free to directly contact me. I have notes from all involved, photos of the damages & abandoned vehicle, etc.

The Police are now involved & I will keep you posted.

Sal, you should be ashamed. Once you got paid, you never had the decency to return calls or solve this. Visa should retract payment.

Worst customer service experience in our lives. And quite sad that Sal could care less.
