Auto Shipping Group, Inc. Order# 1068808 & 1068809 Felicia Williams - Coordinator After reviewing several transporters, we decided on Auto Shipping Group, Inc. to ship our car from Honolulu, Hawaii to Miami, Florida. With the distance it needed to travel it seemed a bit overwhelming but working with ASG and Felicia Williams was an absolute blessing. From the time of our initial call, Felicia was in constant contact with us. She gave us her email and her cell so we could text if we had any questions or concerns along the way. Pricing was made absolutely clear from the very beginning as well as the timeline and process so there was no questions at all. Felicia coordinated with Matson Hawaii to ship our car from HNL to Long Beach. Once it landed, she contacted us to give us status and next steps. Coordination and communication was AMAZING. To add a little bump to the timeline, I needed to fly out from Hawaii to Florida to be there to receive the car. It was important to know the exact delivery date. Felicia spoke to ground transport to establish date. I was able to fly out and receive the car - right on time. I do not believe I could've received such service from any other company or person. I would definitely recommend anyone needing to transport their vehicle to use Auto Shipping Group and, of course, Felicia Williams as your coordinator.
