Quick and easy to arrange. Car was picked up on day scheduled without issue. Received a call the night before with a time window. Driver insisted method of payment should be different than what I had understood on dropoff, but not a big issue. (I was told a certified bank check would be fine for the final payment and was sent the name to make it payable to but when the driver showed up he said only cash, money order, or a check from Bank of America). On the anticipated date of delivery I had not heard from the driver or company, nor did the person receiving the vehicle. I was called a couple nights later and told that they could not get a hold of anyone to arrange delivery. turns out driver had wrong number (interesting since the correct number was on the carbon copy receipt they gave me when they picked up the car). the car was delivered the next morning. Overall, no big surprises and the couple day delay didn't make a difference for me since I was not at the destination anyway. Questions were answered very quickly through the online website.
