To begin with, MAT provided a clear explanation of how the car transport works, as well as photos of the logistics agents. JUAN CARLOS BONITTO was knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. He answered ALL of my numerous questions immediately and in detail. He also took care of changes I made. In addition to responding, he initiated communications to make sure that I was getting excellent service. The driver for the transport vehicle was also excellent - prompt and courteous.
