My contact agent was named Bella and she did a great job for me despite a driver cancelling the pickup of my car, had another onboard within hours which was uneventful; there were delivery day glitches, which was not her fault, and she did a great job of keeping me informed as to the status of the transport along with the new scheduled arrival time (actually two days later than initially scheduled - again beyond her capabilities!). The car arrived on the schedule she provided. She was very persistent and kept me up to date on the changes being made. I thank her for her extended help...she deserves a medal!
