I transport a lot. This is one of the worst experiences i have ever had. Booked and paid extra money for this happen. Pick up was suppose to be Monday delivered by Thursday or Friday. Well it was picked up Tuesday, the driver stated there by Thursday no later than Friday morning. Well its friday night. No car, nothing from the driver, and nothing from the company. I have called serve times... I been put on hold for long periods, transferred, and end up getting hung up on. No accountably for anyone. I have requested calls back and nothing. Its just ridiculous. Im sure they won't refund the extra money i paid for this to happen. i never use this company again. first and last!!!
