The person who helped me was named James and he was absolutely on top of what he needed to do. He quickly found exactly what I needed even when it kept changing at a moments notice. He clearly knew what he was doing and he did it quickly and very effectively. A few delivery companies are unable to move some equipment because of their size, which I learned first hand with a different company, so James made absolutely sure that he was able to move my machine at a decent price.
