Customer service was great. Many companies give a low quote that is actually a starting bid and not the actual price customer will end up paying. Sherpa guarantees the quote. Pick up date was met. Although the car arrived a day late, nevertheless, the delivery was courteous, and the car was in its original shape and no damage from highway rocks etc...I researched all the top movers on google and contacted some, in the end Sherpa customer service patiently answered all my questions and I am glad I picked Sherpa. I highly recommend them and give it a high mark.
