My first experience with transporting my vehicle was excellent. My first point of contact, Scott, was very polite, efficient and honest. I was amazed that the car was picked up when it was supposed to be. The driver called ahead of time like he was supposed to and the shock was that the vehicle actually arrived when it was supposed to arrive. It was extremely quick. Only 2 days from NJ to Illinois. I wish this company also transported furniture as that move was a nightmare. This company deserves the 5 stars given to them by Consumer Reports. I only gave them 4 due to being a bit pricey. They were the most expensive of all the carriers but they were extremely reliable which is what counts when you are having your vehicle transported.
