I had never shipped a car before and Bruce was great about walking me through the process and answering all of my questions. My driver was great, very communicative during the whole process, he was a little later than expected on the drop off (by about an hour) but told me he was running behind and so it was no problem. I would definitely use shipacardirect.com again. My car arrived without any damage, I was very pleased with the experience.
