Took a bit to get the process going, but after that everything was quick and smooth. Stefan was good with returning calls and the carrier was flexible with my schedule. I missed the instructions to bring a key for the driver, so maybe make sure that's super obvious, but the driver was ok with waiting for me to get my key from home and bring it when he was picking up the jeep.
