I moved to California from Virginia for a new job and decided I would ship my car instead of driving it cross country. It worked out better than I thought. They had told me they could not guarantee me a pick up time until the week of, which concerned me, but they were able to schedule a driver for the day I wanted. Then delivery was 3 days earlier than expected. This caused a little riff, as I wasn't prepared and had to change a couple of things around, but that is a better problem to have than having it 3 days late. Customer service was good, always there when I needed to talk to someone. Overall it was a good experience and if I needed to ship my car again (which I probably will) I will definitely use Ship Direct again.
