From the very first phone interview to the final delivery ship a car direct was always on hand to answer my questions and promptly sent me updates via email. The customer service agent was accurate on the cost and the timeline for finding a driver and the driver that delivered my vehicle was communicative and accurately delivered my vehicle at the place and time requested.
