I am very pleased with the customer service provided by Matt at Ship a Car Direct. Matt kept me informed throughout the process of shipping my car from the west coast to my new home on the east coast. Likewise the driver, Daniel of Pacific Interstate Trucking, kept me posted on his progress across country and his schedule of delivery. The whole thing was easy and those involved were reliable. I would not hesitate to use Ship a Car Direct again.
