It was an easy seamless process to work with Ship-A-Car Direct. It was my first time shipping a car so I was a little nervous when I didn't hear from anyone as my pick up date approached but once I called to check on my order I was reassured that it will be picked up and usually you hear from someone within 24 hours. Once I heard from the driver he was kind, professional and communicated the entire process which put me at ease. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
