Not sure how this company has so many good reviews. Am I the only one? Was great at first. Said all the right things until they got my me booked and I paid. Delivery was supposed to be 4-6 days and definitely the following weekend. Pick up was Thursday or Tuesday. Then it changed to Saturday. Then nothing on Saturday so I called and they told me Sunday and the driver would call a couple hours ahead to let me know what time to meet him in a parking lot close by. Finally received a text in afternoon saying "I"m here". Got there and driver was incredibly rude. Kept on putting his hand up to silence me when I had a question. He took the car (Sunday) and was expecting following weekend delivery. He arrived at a location 100 miles from final destination on Saturday morning. ( I have an apple tag in the car). And it sat and it is still sitting there. No idea where it is and if it is secure. I have personal items in car for the recipient. Now they are telling me it will be delivered the final weekend. So it will sit there for an entire week and there is NOTHING I can do about it. I have called several times and have talked to a really nice woman. She says she is sending my info to the managers and they are working on it but it won't be until Saturday. I have asked several times for the manager to call me and they won't. So where is my car? Are my belongings safe? They claim to work with you for delivery and they aren't. They have my car and my money and there is NOTHING I can do about it but wait. A less than a week delivery has turned into 13 days. It is just sitting somewhere! They DON'T work with you. They say all the right things when you call and that is over as soon as you have booked and paid. Out of my hands. I am still waiting.

Hello Shari, For the 3rd and hopefully final time we still must disagree, we provided the service you requested. We did guarantee delivery on the weekend and as you have stated you were NOT available that 1st Sunday and instructed us to wait until the next weekend which is EXACTLY what we did because that's what you asked us to do. Please remove this false, misleading review at once.
