I have utilized them twice and the car got picked up and delivered, but a complete pain each time. Problems can happen occassionally, but they totally failed 2 times in a row in the exact same way:
1. They agree to the pickup date you set 4-5 day's or more in advance.
2. They tell you there will be no problems for that date and require a deposit.
3. They dont have a carrier lined up by commitment date and give you the driver shortage story.
4. The first time they bait and switched with a higher rate to transport.
5. When I placed the order Edward from Shipwit assured me he would refund my money if they failed quickly.
6, Since they failed today and I requested refund the story changes to when I find another carrier like I have buyers remorse or something when they simply failed and they should refund my depositt immediately.
Just a thouroghly dishonest group on how they market then scam and dont want to refund or hit the committed deadline.
