They cancel by email expecting some one will see it, no courtesy phone call explain what happened, I try calling 3 numbers listed for their company and they just never answer. Over all Bad experience and I will never recommend these guys to do any type of job regard transportation. And just to make sure before I sent them the pickup information they told me not to worry now I have the vehicle in MN and a person in need of his car in California.
